What We Do
Five ways members get sharper
AggieQuant is easiest to understand as a set of repeatable reps: learn the language, practice trading intuition, build artifacts, prepare for recruiting, and compete when the foundation is ready.
Quant bootcamp
A weekly sequence for probability, market games, Python, microstructure, options, systems, and demo prep.
TradePractice nights
Probability, market-making, mental math, and role-context sessions that make quant feel less abstract.
BuildProject pods
Small teams inherit starter kits, ship one semester-bounded artifact, and leave a cleaner handoff.
RecruitCareer prep
Firm timing, resume reps, coffee chats, mock interviews, and practical next steps for each track.
CompeteTeam reps
Internal problem nights and external competition prep once members have enough shared vocabulary.
Next Rep
Find one useful next step
Do not open five tabs and call it preparation. Check the window, pick the one page that matches this week, then leave with an action.

Proof Of Work
What is already in motion
The club is building around real operating surfaces, not just a mailing list. These are the pieces members and partners can already point to.
